Private, one on one weight-loss coaching for women who are done with crash diets and crowded gyms. Just you, your coach, and a plan that finally fits your life.
Most programs are built for 25-year-old athletes. Ours is built for real women with real schedules, knees that have opinions, and goals that matter. One coach, one client, one plan, since 1983.
One coach, one client, one studio. Nobody watching, nobody waiting for your machine.
Your body, your history, your calendar. The plan changes as you change.
Our clients are 35 to 75. Most had not exercised in years. All of them started with one conversation.
No two bodies get the same plan. Everything starts with real numbers and an honest conversation, then becomes a program you can actually keep. As David puts it: consistency is the key to success.
I had tried everything. David never made me feel judged, he just made me feel capable. My daughter's wedding photos say the rest.Laura M., 52 · Boca Raton
At 64 I thought strength training was for other people. Now I deadlift more than my son and my blood pressure is normal.Carol B., 64 · Deerfield Beach
I came in with a bad back and a lot of fear. Eighteen months later I row five thousand meters before breakfast.Diane R., 71 · Delray Beach
David started training at twelve, on a bench his mother gave him. He won a National Greco-Roman Wrestling Championship in 1972, took Mr. New York State and Mr. Atlantic USA in bodybuilding, opened his first studio in New York in 1983, and moved to Boca Raton in 1996 to build the studio he runs today. Since 2019 he competes as a rower, with medals through 2024.
He was shaped by Olympic discus champion Al Oerter, training together as the "Cellar Dwellers." After losing his father to heart disease at 38, his mission became simple: exercise and healthy food is the best medicine. Or as he tells clients on the hard days, difficult is nothing.
Between them, David's team holds master's and doctoral degrees, elite pro-sport experience and the top certifications in the field. This is who is in the room with you.
A three-quarter million dollar private studio at 55 NE 5th Ave, across from the Intracoastal and a quarter mile from the ocean. State of the art equipment, and the small comforts that make you want to come back.
Yes. Most of our clients start exactly there. The first consultation is a conversation and a gentle assessment, not a test. We meet you where you are.
Safely, one to two pounds a week is the range we aim for. Faster loss tends to come back. We care about the weight staying off and about you getting stronger while it does.
No. You get practical nutrition guidance built around what you already eat and cook. Small changes that survive real life beat perfect plans that last two weeks.
Very likely. Indoor rowing and controlled strength work are low impact, and David adjusts every movement to your body. Bring any notes from your doctor to the first visit.
The consultation and fitness analysis are free. Program pricing depends on how many sessions a week you choose; we go over options together at that first visit, no pressure.
No forms. Tell Ava your goal, pick a time, and she books your free consultation with David and keeps you posted by email until you walk in.
